If I upgrade to the Professional API, will I be able to access hourly forecast data?

I understood that the 1h forecast is unavailable via Point API. Windy team, please confirm...
Temperature, wind, and precipitation - are all available only in 3h resolution.

I don't see much of a use for Point API when Open Weather offers the same resolution for less than half the price or FREE if you only use a few API calls per minute...

I don't see much of a reason to use the windy Point forecast. It seems extremely overpriced.
