Weather Advisories and Alerts

Hi. If I click on my windy app and then once it opens the Home button I can see there's a Winter Weather Advisory for my area. Yet that Advisory doesn't display on the app itself, why? Too when the Weather Service issues these advisories is there a way to get a Notification to pop up in the notification bar of my tablet?

Please could you be more explicit. What app are you talking about ? The mobile app or the browser version? On phone, tablet or desktop ?
These advisories are not updated in real-time.
You can see all these advisories in the Weather warnings layer.
