Amount debited twice

In Google play store on December 1st, I purchased windy app but first time the transaction was not completed hence I tried for second time the transaction was completed but for the failed transaction the amount ₹. 2600.00 was detected but not refunded till now so kindly refund the amount as soon as possible Thank you
