      The Wind Map used to show wind directions by moving arrows. Would it be possible to reintroduce this map as an additional map? I found it a lot more usable than the current colour coded wind map. Thank you

        The wind direction shown by moving arrows is still available. You just need to turn ON the Particles animation.
        By the way the color scale does not show the direction but the wind force
