Premium plan issues

Hello, I have issues with my windy app, since yesterday I paid for the premium plan but it doesn't seem to work and everytime I try to to ahead on the weather map for what the premium allows it tells me to subscribe to premium and I when I press it it tells me that in on a premium plan already but I can't use the advantages of the premium plan, please contact me asap

@anisangelo You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:

1. Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
2. Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”

This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
