Auto-change to more precise forecast when available

Hey, would be great if it automatically fell to more precise prediction (NEMS 4km at the moment) when it's available for current zoom and time. I find myself switching all the time (while it falls back to less precise prediction).

Technically very difficult and can lead to unstable situation due to the limited geo and time coverage of NEMS4

I see. On a similar issue: it doesn't push state to URL of which one is selected.
