lost premium ability

Premium was working fine at the start but first the 'RADAR +' failed and now when I sign in the 'GO PREMIUM' remains and I've lost all premium function. I'm using a Mac Airbook. I'm thinking I want a refund. Steve.

@Steve-Gebert It looks like you assigned your Premium to a different account. Can you send the invoice at support@windy.com, so we can check your situation and help?

I’m having a similar problem just paid the £22.99 today but it’s still showing the premium icon. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Okay, so after several minutes of navigating around I found out I need to login
I never knew there was even a login feature
Anyway, I have found this now set up an account and I have now managed to remove the very annoying upgrade to premium icons
I would’ve thought that once you’d gone through the app and paid your £22.99 then it would do it automatically without the need to find out how you then login.
