What is Radar+ used for in a place without any radar? In my city, it just distorts the image

Same as the Radar layer which shows all countries even if there is no radar in these countries.
If there is no weather radar in your country, just look at the Satellite layer.

-RA = light rain
+RA = heavy rain
TS = thunderstorm
TSRA = thunderstorm with rain
