New alerts

The new alert / notification feature is fine. However there is a small glitch to fix.
I take the example of an Alert for 15 cm of snowfall.

When saving this parameter it is changed to 14.7 cm si ith no possibility to edit it correctly.

And at the end the Alert is displayed for new snow of 14.7 cm
A precision of 1mm is a bit ridiculous, don’t you think?

For an alert there is no need of decimal when using km/h, kt, Bft, mph for wind, same for mm of rain or cm for snow…
