      Paid for premium windy payment was accepted but don’t have premium don’t know what to do want to call customer service on phone to straighten out as I’m having no success trying to fix online

        According to the Premium label next to your username here on the Community Forum you are Premium user.
        You don't get it in the app ?

          @idefix37 when open app keeps saying I won’t have premium much longer and that payment didn’t work used same card had to change email address thought I did that correctly can not get into old email address as lost all devices when my house burnt down and don’t have password and nothing I've tried will work

            @jimgagnon Am not receiving any emails to my current email address so windy must be sending them to old email address how do I fix this?
