I will take a closer look to your alerts to see what's wrong.
First thing I see it that you don't have any alerts migrated yet. That shouldn't be a problem, even not migrated alerts should work. But it's possible that you are using mulitple accounts as I see multiple email addresses in the settings.To make a proper investigation, I need to know which user account you are using in the Windy.com mobile app or main website.

@MohammadGhM I can see that one of your alert is working and you even opened an email notification. Oter alerts are resulting in a "no trigger" state. Make sure that your conditions are set right.

@MohammadGhM to trigger an alert, all conditions must be met. I see that you set up all conditions at one alert.
Try to create an alert with only one condition.
