      Please consider to include currents strenght and directions and tides into ship passage planning. Tidal streams are as important as winds for passage planning, sometimes they are even more critical. They can also be included into "waves and tides" forecast. Best regards, Jakub

        For me it would be more important to include waves and swell in the Route planner for boat.
        Currents that include tidal currents, are interesting. But I don't see the point of displaying tides that are only useful near a port. I doubt you'll be paddling along the coast in shallow waters.
