no radar

Several regions in Indonesia, especially the island of Java, have not displayed any radar at all for several days.
So as a user, I cannot see directly which areas are raining or where it is raining near my location.
I don't know where to report it, I've read it before on google.com and none of them answered the question I was complaining about. Please fix it immediately, because it is very helpful in monitoring which areas are being hit by rain, especially this month, next month and so on, it will be the rainy season. -
