What about adding weather fronts.

Very handy and I can't find it anywhere here. Very Strange it's not available

It is not strange. This is because weather models are not able to plot fronts. These are drawn by meteorologists and Windy does not employ any of them to do this kind of work all over the world 24 hrs a day.

read meteorological litterature, study maps at different heights, where temp and thickness are very important, 550hpa is a clever start level to study if newbie and not digging in microclimate.
