      Hello,
      I am a Premium subscriber but the application does not recognize my subscription and gives me the features of a membership without a subscription.
      Without urgency but as soon as possible, can you resolve this situation please?

        @alualu Hi, I checked your Premium and it looks okay to me. If you have any problem with accessing the Premium in your mobile device, please check your account and username there.
