Adjust temperature range in alerts

I'm new here, and I'm sorry if this is obvious or has been answered. I am trying to set an alert for extremely cold temperatures. The range for the alert settings only goes down to -4 F. How do I set alert for temps falling below 30 degrees? Thank you.

You mean below -30°F ? Or below 30°F?
