In the mobile app, click on the 3 dots first then on Archive in Radar or Satellite layers.

In the browser version Archive is displayed in bottom right corner of your screen.

Hi, Windy does not store weather data and cannot provide historical data. The only archives that Windy offers to Premium users are Satellites and Radar pictures.
