My subscription is not showing up in Google Play Store

My subscription is not showing up in Google Play Store or Google subscriptions, when I hit manage, it takes me to Google and the windy app is not listed. how do I manage? Is it thru Samsung phone app?

@Don-Lipinski You purchased Premium for a year without the auto-renewal, so that is the reason why you cannot see that in your subscriptions. It is not subscription, but one time purchase.
