<p dir="auto">Is there somewhere I can find out how to read this weather report. There are high and low swoops in the clouds what does it mean. Or a place that describes how to read.</p>

Difficult to understand what you mean. I guess you are talking about the color shaded curve just below the weather symbols showing clouds, sun, moon….<br />
Am I right ?<br />
