Random location is chosen when tapping a favourite

This is a really annoying bug that has been reintroduced after being fixed for a while.
Frequently when tapping a favourite weather station. The details that are shown is for a different location.
Apparently the weather picker shifts during a brief period when the location is supposed to be shown on screen in the Weather picker cross. I guess it has something to do with different screen elements being shown and hidden very quickly that results in a shift of position.
A work around is to try the Same favourite several times.
To reproduce, it helps to scroll and zoom before picking a favourite.The Error occurs on Android, Google pixel 6A.
The same error also occurs when tapping the Quick weather bar on top of the app start screen.
For me this is a high priority bug because the app is very difficult and annoying to use currently. -
