If the ecmwf model is the most accurate according to chatgpt and it is making a lot of mistakes, I don't know which one to trust then.

If there was a weather model that was accurate enough to predict temperature to the nearest degree, rain to the nearest tenth of a mm, wind to the nearest km/h, and that in every place in the world, Windy would not need to show multiple models.
And what does your screenshot show? That the other models show a forecast with a deviation of 1°C, + max 0.6mm of rain, a very small risk of thunderstorm !
We cannot say what is the best model for your location.

The Observation vs forecast feature could help you by checking a weather station not too far from you location

I'm a layman in this part about meteorology, could you explain this issue of observation and forecasting to me better?

Apparently you joined the Community Forum on 21 nov 2017. So you are not really a layman.

The observation of weather is done at weather stations where several parameters are measured (temperature, wind, rain…). In Windy you get this data by selecting Reported wind or Reported temperature. In addition Weather radar and Satellite layers are also weather observation tools.

The weather forecast is based on numerical models.

In Windy when you select a weather station you get the reported data of the last 10 days. In addition you can compare it with the past forecast by the available models at this location. Choose Observation vs forecast as shown in my screenshot.
