continuous poor coverage in Western Greece

Been having the same issue for the last four months. The weather radar in Western Greece has failed and no info is provided. In an email communication with your support some months ago the reply was that this was a provider’s issue and Windy could not do much about it !! Nonetheless i am paying a subscription to Windy in order to get the proper service and not your provider. Below you may find relative screenshot. Please let me know of any progress otherwise contact me to return my subscription. Thanks

Regarding radar data over Greece: EMY (Hellenic Meteorological Service of Greece) doesn't currently have public radar data (as far as I know, I wasn't able to find any on their web). We tried to get radar data elsewhere (from commercial subjects) but we were not able to. From what I know, EMY is currently in process of upgrading their weather radar network and new data should be available through API. While it is great and should let us get and use the data easily, it won't be available sooner than 2026, unfortunately.

Most of EMY's wx radars are out of service.
Right now only one (located in Andravida - LGAD) seems to be active.

I didn't know 5m OPERA animation was already available. We could probably use it as a source for Greece. Thank You -
