Double billing

I paid the yearly subscription on December 4, 2024. I got notice today I am about to be billed again. Can you fix from your end or do I need to do something here?

@kkilty Hi, I see your account has Premium since February 2023 and the second renewal will be initiated in the next month. So if you did any other payments they are extra and not connected to your account.

@Suty Why would I send an extra payment? I am not initiating these payments. The one from December is a PayPal auto transfer, but you folks initiated from your end. Do I somehow have two different accounts?

@Suty For some reason I have a payment in February and another in December. both are $18.99 USD...what is the annual fee amount?

@kkilty Could you please share all info about these charges and their screenshots at support@windy.com? I would like to investigate it a bit further so I need some detailed info that shouldn't be published here. Also if you use any other email addresses, please share these as well.
