Paid for premium but not getting it for once I’ve logged in?

I have paid for Windy premium and been charged, but it is not giving me the premium content even after being logged in successfully. I looked for a Support phone number but could not find one, disappointing.

I also purchased a premium plan on my phone, but when I went to my iPad, or my computer it doesn't show that I have premium...why? I don't want to buy a plan for each device...

@djs4fln Hi, if you have assigned one device to the Premium, then you only need to login with same login credentials on other devices. There is no need to get more Premium licenses.

@dtm-marcin The login problem? Can you please provide more info? I would recommend checking your logged accounts on all devices to see that they all are the same ones.
