      I purchased a one-year windy premium membership for 139.99 TL on November 3, 2024. However, it currently says that I am not a premium member. I can share my purchase receipt. uozcure@gmail.com

        @UĞUR-ÖZCÜRE Hi there, unfortunately, I can't see any payment connected to your email address. Can you please tell me what device and OS did you use to purchase the Premium?

        Also, to be sure that we talk about the same app. We are Windy.com with the red logo and we don't have anything in common with any apps with similar name.

          @Suty Hello, I have been using the windy app for my Android phone for about 3 years. I paid with a virtual credit card of 5269 **** 5769. I was a premium member last week but I am not now. My term is due in November 2025.
