Use the Map Forecast API for Secondary Development

Hi! We have created a Map Forecast API KEY, and we may upgrade to the professional version later. Can we use it for secondary development? For example, after embedding it into our website, can we display our own data on the Wind layers, such as our devices on the sea, the movement trajectories of the devices, and other data displayed on the ocean current layers?
