Wind direction displayed is 1hr earlier than selected in grid

As long as I've been using the iOS app, the displayed direction of the various models in the top map area is for the time period 1 hr prior to whatever is selected. For example, in the attach screenshot the 1pm time period is selected in the grid at the bottom, however the directions displayed in the map area match the grid values for 12pm (Easy to see if you look at HRRR and NAM). I've looked all through the settings for something that might impact this discrepancy but found nothing. It also happens during standard time and daylight savings. I've learned to live with it, but it's a bit odd.
