Account failure

Dear Windy team,
Hope you are doing fine today,I have an issue with my logging into my account dalnavia@gmail.com due to unknown reasons. There is the message “Login failed. Invalid email or password” is displayed,
I didn’t change any password and login.
if I try to recover my password, it says “There is no accout linked to this email.”You can also find attached a receipt for the purchase of this premium account for login which I bought in December 2024.
Could you kindly assist me with that question please?

@Alex-Aiberdin Hi, I am not sure why, but your account was deleted. Fortunately, we are able to restore these accounts, so your account should be already okay and possible to use.
