incomplete weather time scroll

when i click on the start arrow to begin scrolling, it stops halfway through the time frame.
one hour, i only get about 35 minutes.
the same applies to the other time frame selections.
what is the fix?? -

So you should first say that you are talking about Satellite.
There are 2 parts in the timeline. The first one is based on real pictures from satellite. The second one is just extrapolation of the last image of the radar loop to imagine the future precipitation.
Then the satellite needs at least 15 minutes to provide a complete new image.

@idefix37 except that it used to scroll completely across the timeline until about 2 months ago.
then it abruptly started to stop a few minutes to the end. and it has slowly progressed since then to what i am experiencing now.
