Webcam forecast

Hi Windy,
Here is a suggestion of webcam forecast that would be amazing to add to windy.

The idea is simple :
We could predict what a webcam image might look like in future days by showing images of past days with similar weather conditions.
To find the most similar day of the past, the metric would be the difference between the forecasted sounding of ECMWF and past soundings from ERA5.
To respect seasons, that search should be made only on days from the same month.

I think that feature would be a revolution for non-meteorologist people. They could easily get a realistic idea of the cloud forecast by looking at the webcam forecast close to their home.
