City Name change request

Please change the name “ NICOMEDIA” with IZMIT on the map of TÜRKİYE. Nicomedia is old and historical name of that place which is not used anymore.

@aks192 Hi, we are planning to update the whole map, I hope this year will be the final one in these updates. And it should help to adjust all names in the map to the recent ones.
