Why is it that when I try to use the satellite feedback, 1 6 12 hours it only works sometimes, mostly during the day? I am a paid subscriber. This is a constant problem for me as I would like better information for my next day planning. I have been trying for three months so it is not a one time failure. What is the problem or what can I do to correct it?

Could you provide more details. Are you meaning you can’t toggle between 1h, 6h and 12h ?
Or is the scrolling stuck in one of the settings?
