Trouble paying for premium

I am having trouble paying for the premium level, because the site always tells me that at the moment it is no possible to pay with visa. Am I doing something wrong? I donut have other forms of payment...

Can you see it well?
It says (in Portuguese):
"At the moment it is not possible to accept payment. Try again or try a different payment method."
I have tryed with 4 different cards, and have been trying since saturday... no luck though.
Is my account blocked maybe?
