Trouble paying for premium

I am having trouble paying for the premium level, because the site always tells me that at the moment it is no possible to pay with visa. Am I doing something wrong? I donut have other forms of payment...

@Nuno-Ganho Hi, can you please provide the screenshot of that error? We would like to see where exactly you get the error message.

Can you see it well?
It says (in Portuguese):
"At the moment it is not possible to accept payment. Try again or try a different payment method."
I have tryed with 4 different cards, and have been trying since saturday... no luck though.
Is my account blocked maybe?Thank you for your help, I really need to be premium!
