Poor service -Windy app does not honor my subscription

I have been paying for windy for months and months and have repeatedly reached out to support because my app does not honor my subscription membership. So I am paying for premium but do not get to use any of the features. This is considered stealing and I wish windy support would do something to fix this. How many times do I need to reach out to customer support in order for them to fix my membership?
