Location gone in widget

Hi there,
I used to have 'Cape Campbell' (new Zealand) as a location for the home screen widget (iOS). Now it's gone, how can I get it back? There really should be a map-picker, GPS location, or choose from favourites setting to set the location for the widget.
Anyway, why did a location disappear that was in there before?
