Times are Wrong

Normally, the vertical line between dates on the lower bar is supposed to be local midnight. However, now it is showing that time as varying between 9-11 p.m. See attached screenshot showing that it is indicating the time as 10:00 p.m.
This is unacceptable, especially since we are paying a Premium subscription. Are you aware of the problem? What is being done to fix it?
Our business relies on accurate data, particularly at nighttime. Lately, the cloud modeling has been WAY off, and now this problem.

At the end of the Satellite loop do you get the correct current time?
If so Windy shows the correct timestamp, but may not be very consistent with the timeline.
Then concerning the cloud cover forecast, did you try other models than ECMWF? Like HRRR or NAM in your area, and ICON too.
However, HRRR and NAM have a maximum forecast lead time of no more than 3 days.
