Fix the pinpoint tool tip

This looks really big and bad and the underline in "MPH" looks really bad, it should be updated to look better.

And, the "wind" part with the icon is bad and hard to read.

The dotted line under the wind speed unit (m/s, kt, km/h, bft, mph) allows the user to change the unit directly by clicking on this line.
Then regarding your aesthetic considerations, they are up to you.
