Can you reverse the Menu choice?

I have noticed that at times it is hard to tell which item I am choosing from the menu because the current choice (in white) is blocking the new menu choice (in red). If you look at the following image, I am currently viewing the Rain, snow map and when trying to select the Temperature map the word Temperature in underneath the words Rain, snow making it difficult to see what is being chosen. Can the new red choice be put over the current white menu item?
