Billing problem

I recently changed my cc an get an alert that I need to update my billing information however when I enter my email when prompted I get no response message on how to update. Please advise

@dave34trish Hi, you need to change the card info in your Fastspring subscription management or we can cancel the subscription and then you can purchase a new subscription.
Your Fastspring is now connected to kik****lia@yahoo.com.
