Access to Arquive - Rain Data

Hello,

Im thinking about buying premium, but I need to be sure it attends my needs before talking to my supervisor about it.

Im developing a project on Power Bi that shows how an hidroelectric power plant operates during time, it is supposed to be a daily thing, so I'd need to have access to rain "mm" data from "yesterday" in numerous specific coordinates I have from our power plants.

These data needs to be imported into my Excel sheet (or any other format that I can convert to it), so I can sync with the other variables.
