Money taken out of my account but I don't have an account

Hi. I recently got an email to say that Windy Premium Subscription (Windy.com) was taken out of my paypal account via Google Payment Ireland Ltd. I have a Merchant Order ID and a Transaction ID but I don't have a subscription to Windy that I can find and Paypal are saying it's a valid transaction. Can you help me track down the account I'm paying for?

@Suty - I don't have any other google play account. I only ever had one other personal email address and a work email address and neither have a google account. Can the transaction be found using the Merchant Order ID or the Transaction ID?

Same thing happened to me. I paid for lifetime premium and don't have Premium when I log in.

There is no lifetime Premium in Windy.com. Another app with a similar name and a blue logo offers lifetime Pro subscription, but this app has nothing to do with Windy.com with a red logo.
So which app are you talking about ? -

@Hrachna What exactly do you mean? I see your Premium is assigned successfully to your account, since you have active badge next to your name.
