TLDR: No, it's currently not possible and is not planned.

So to sum it up: on 2024-05-05 you considered supporting it: “we will have support in the mobile apps at some point”.

And on 2024-12-03 you suggested that this functionality is not coming: “there is no plan to implement external plugins to our mobile version.”

Actually I didn't even know windy has plugins or that I installed such.

Too bad it's not available in the app. Is it planned to be implemented in the mobile app as well?

You probably mean the Airspaces plugin.
The Windy plugins are only available in the browser version, not in the mobile app.
