Strange 90 degree wind shift when zooming in close. In IE 11 wind will be from the south and then when I zoom in to very tight street level say 2 mile by 2 mile the wind directions shifts 90 degrees for the same day time. I have to zoom back out to see the correct wind direction. Happens every time for the past month.
