無法完成自動訂閱刷卡

您好，近日訂閱windy premium已經到期，想再繼續訂閱，請問可以從哪一個介面進行刷卡訂閱？(之前windy自動續訂時，信用卡公司有鎖定，目前已請銀行調整設定)
