Can't transfer my premium account to new device

Hi, i've changed jobs and bought a new phone. I had premium on my work email, that i have no access now and can't remember password from there, but on my old phone i'm still logged in. I bought a new phone now and wanted to use my premium account on my new phone but can't log in because i don't have acces to my work email anymore, how can i move my paid premium to my personal email?
