The tab with the time information hasn't worked for some time.
When you open the app, the current time is displayed correctly, but when you move it into the future, you only see the current time.
It works in the app on my tablet (Android 10).

A Microsoft rule update came out yesterday, and I installed it.
The timeline in Windy works now ???
The problem has been resolved.
