Hi, new premium user and I have not been able to get notifications to work. Have setup notifications in app but nothing is sent. Using iPhone 13 with IOS 18.3. Your support would be appreciated. Thanks.

@Jens-Hetzel Hello Jens, can you please provide how you have set your alerts? Screenshots would be perfect to investigate your issue.

@Jens-Hetzel Hi, when you set all conditions, like you did, all of them must be met at once to send the alert. So you set basically 4 various conditions to be met at least for 6 hours, and that is pretty rare.

If you want to set several alerts for different parameters at same location you need to set new independent alerts.
In your list of Favorites, click on Create alert

@idefix37 thank you for your info, very helpful. Struggling to get my head around how to set parameters for a notification. ie: temp range if set at 10-20 will I get a notification if temp is going to be below or above the set parameters for temp. Would it be possible to send a screenshot of an example. TIA

If you set a temperature range 10-20, you’ll get notifications when temperature are predicted to be between 10°and 20°
I would set an alert for low temp i.e below 10° and another one above 20°.

Set an alert for Low temp (temp below 10°)

Then set an alert for High temp (temp above 20°).

@idefix37 excellent thank you. Now that makes sense. Separate notification setups. Thank again. Cheers
