Deleted half my faves/alerts

My payment method expired and so the subscription lapsed for a day. Now I've renewed the subscription, Windy has deleted most of my saved favourites/alerts. Where are they and when are they going to be restored?

@xylophilist Hi, do you miss your favorites in the list of favs as well? Or only on the map?

The iOS app held onto them a bit longer than the desktop but eventually both settled on not displaying many places.

@xylophilist Okay and if add them again, do they stay there?

@Suty Well, if I add a new favourite on the desktop, it certainly appears on the mobile as well.
Also I notice it keeps defaulting to a 3hr view when previously it was 1hr by default.
And the iphone app has a horrible habit of displaying solid black background - this is not new since the subscription business.
I'm really not happy with this kind of behaviour.
