The order went through and was confirmed, but I don't see any updates in the Windy window (PC or mobile).<br />
When I click on Premium again, I'm asked to log in again.<br />
After that, I see an empty green banner that turns orange, and nothing else happens. The map stays the same.<br />
What should I do?</p>

<ol>
<li>Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.</li>
<li>Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).</li>
<li>Click on 'Restore purchases'.</li>
<li>On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.</li>

All purchases are linked to your Google account. Make sure you are trying to restore your purchases on a device with the same Google account you purchased your subscription with.</p>
