Premium account not activating

I have recently purchased the premium version of windy but it does not seem to show up when I log on still displaying the basic format.

@BenEames Hi, may I ask what device did you use to purchase the Premium? Desktop, Android or iOS mobile device?

@Suty Hi I'm having the same issue, paid on desktop with my Google account email (providiastudiouk@gmail.co.uk) via PayPal and on my mobile logged in via Google it does not activate.

Have you “restored purchases” after your payment ?

@idefix37 yes it just shows the following error message: We didn't find any purchases to restore. All purchases are linked to your Google account. Make sure you are trying to restore your purchases on a device with the same Google account you purchased your subscription with.

@Ben-451fc41e-0e8a-47d8-a445-d82583e8a530 Hi, did you try to handle these steps on the desktop as well?
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account or create a new one, since the purchase of the Premium doesn’t automatically creates one.
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location).
- Click on 'Restore purchases'.
- On the next page, insert the subscription Transaction code that you have in the invoice. The code starts with 'txn_'.
